Tesla words it as “3 mo Full Self-Driving (Supervised) for new owners” on the configurator itself, in a banner that appears once a referral link is applied. FSD (Supervised) is a $99/month subscription in the US, so the trial is worth roughly $300 — and it lets you evaluate the feature properly before deciding whether to subscribe or buy it outright.

The new-owner condition matters

This is the part most referral pages omit. Tesla states plainly that the promotion is available to new owners only: existing or previous owners instead receive a $500 loyalty benefit off the vehicle price, and in that case the referrer receives nothing either. The promotion is tied to your Tesla Account and cannot be transferred to another vehicle, person or order.

So if you have owned a Tesla before, a referral link does not help you — the $500 loyalty benefit applies automatically without one.

New owners only

Tesla’s US terms require that you have never owned a qualifying Tesla product. Existing or previous owners receive a $500 loyalty benefit off the vehicle price instead, and the referrer receives nothing on those orders. The promotion is tied to your Tesla Account and cannot be transferred to another vehicle, person or order.

Cybertruck Dual Motor is excluded

Tesla lists one model-level exclusion on the US configurator: Cybertruck Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive is not eligible for referral benefits. Other Cybertruck configurations are.

Incentives are unaffected

A referral benefit comes from Tesla and sits outside federal and state EV incentive programmes. Using one does not change your eligibility for a tax credit, a state rebate or a utility rebate.

Energy products vary

Powerwall and solar have moved in and out of the referral programme over the years. If you are ordering energy rather than a vehicle, check what the referral page actually lists before assuming it applies.

The referral must be applied before ordering

There is no code field at checkout and no way to add one later. If you already have a configuration open in another tab, close it and start again from the referral link.

What the referring owner receives

This site supplies a working referral code belonging to a Tesla owner. When an eligible order completes, Tesla pays that owner a referrer benefit — added as Supercharging credits or Tesla Credits depending on the vehicle bought, shown as “pending” in the Tesla app until the grant date, and expiring 12 months later. Tesla does not publish the value in advance, so neither can this site. It costs you nothing and does not change your price.
