1,000 kilometres is a genuinely useful amount of free charging in Ireland — roughly Dublin to Cork and back twice, or three to four full charges on a Model 3 or Model Y. It is also more generous than the UK equivalent of 650 miles, which works out at about 1,046 km, so the two markets sit close to each other in practice.

The benefit is Supercharging credit, not money off the car. It arrives in your Tesla account after delivery and is used automatically at Superchargers. Tesla has previously run the Irish programme as a cash discount instead, which is why this page is rechecked against the live Tesla referral page rather than left to go stale.

First-time Tesla buyers only

Tesla’s terms require that you have never owned a qualifying Tesla product. If a Tesla has previously been registered to your account, the buyer benefit will not apply.

Use the Irish version of the site

The referral code is the same worldwide, but the benefit follows the country site you order from. Ordering from tesla.com/en_ie gives you the Irish offer in euro; ordering from the UK site gives you the UK offer in sterling.

It stacks with Irish EV incentives

The referral benefit is Supercharging credit from Tesla, entirely separate from the SEAI electric vehicle grant, VRT relief or accelerated capital allowances for business buyers. Using a referral link does not reduce or complicate any of those.

The referral must be applied before ordering

There is no code field at checkout and no retrospective fix. If you already have a configuration open in another tab, close it and start again from the referral link.

Third-party leases usually do not qualify

If a leasing or contract-hire company places the order, there is no customer order for the referral to attach to. Company orders placed by you directly on tesla.com normally follow the standard rules.

Free Supercharging kilometres are awarded after delivery, not at the point of order. Once your car is handed over, the credit appears in the Tesla app.

• Open the Tesla app and select your profile, then Wallet or Loot Box depending on your app version.
• Credit is applied automatically at Superchargers until it runs out or expires.
• There is nothing to activate and no payment method to switch for Supercharging.

What the referring owner receives

This site supplies a working referral code belonging to a Tesla owner. When an eligible order completes, Tesla pays that owner a referrer benefit — added as Supercharging credits or Tesla Credits depending on the vehicle bought, shown as “pending” in the Tesla app until the grant date, and expiring 12 months later. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Tesla does not publish the value in advance, so neither can this site. It costs you nothing and your price does not change by a cent. Tesla Credits can be spent on Supercharging, software upgrades, service and Tesla Shop items.
